Chess.com won't let me contact support

I currently have a diamond membership that I canceled last year and still got billed for it this year. I am trying to contact support but I'm completely locked out of the ability to contact support. I currently am unable to pay bills at the end of the month because of this. Please somebody help.

Are you using the Help option in the menu? Did you get an option about contacting an agent?

yes, its completely locked me out and won't let me contact anybody. It will only let me search FAQ's

When you first load does it show this?

If so, can you click Contact Support and are you able to choose the option I have a billing or refund request

No, I am only able to "search for help" and nothing more than that.
