Chess insights do not include new games

I signed up for a Diamond trial a day ago, and games after Februry 2022 are not showing up in the insights (www.chess.com/insights/), although I have played many (biltz) games afterwards. I have uploaded a picture.
Do you have any idea of what is going on?

Looks like it's better now.

I have the same problem. Since March 22 no new games included. I updated to diamond again today.
This should be good now.

Same issue over here, I wonder if it fixes itself after a while or youre doing something about it.
If Insights haven't generated or updated after 24 hours they may need to be forced to regenerate by staff.

Well, its been over 24 hours and its still not updated, also, I noticed that the openings menu includes only around 600 games out of like 2000.

Same issue with my account, it's been 4 days since I upgraded to diamond again.
