Chess insights do not include new games

Hello

I signed up for a Diamond trial a day ago, and games after Februry 2022 are not showing up in the insights (www.chess.com/insights/), although I have played many (biltz) games afterwards. I have uploaded a picture.

Do you have any idea of what is going on?

I have the same problem. Since March 22 no new games included. I updated to diamond again today.

This should be good now.

Same issue over here, I wonder if it fixes itself after a while or youre doing something about it.

If Insights haven't generated or updated after 24 hours they may need to be forced to regenerate by staff.

Well, its been over 24 hours and its still not updated, also, I noticed that the openings menu includes only around 600 games out of like 2000.

If you just recently added diamond to your account, you should give it 24 hours to generate new Insights.

I am having the same issue also! Very strange

I'm seeing recent games on your Insights. It can take up to 24 hours after upgrading to Diamond for them to update.

Hello, upgraded yesterday to diamond membership. I still dont see my games there. Can somebody help me?
