Chess mentor missing a good move

While I was doing this http://www.chess.com/chessmentor/view_lesson.html?id=5852 

I tried 7. Be5+. I am pretty sure this gives mate in 3, just like Chess Mentor's Re5, but Chess mentor says it is wrong.

You are wrong, with Be5+ you will mate him in 4 moves and not 3 moves.

because the queen can interpose.1 Be5+, Nxe5,2 Rxe5, Qb7,3 Rh5+,4 Qh7, Rxh7 or Qxh7 gives four moves. Smile
