I don´t think that he was a hacker, maybe a short server problem. It happened to me also some time ago. Most of the time everything is perfectly fine here.

I was winning a game but then it appeared out of nowhere, ERROR, chess server overload, please wait for 60 seconds. When I came back I lost. This is stupid. I want a refund for my efforts. I felt like my opponent is a hacker. This is ruining chess experience.
