Chess Videos doesnt load

The chess lesson video doesnt load at all. The audio is fine but the video just doesnt appear. Can anyone help me with this?

which browser are you using, and which video are you trying to see?

Is this on the web or a mobile device?  If its web, do you have the latest flash installed?
