It's never worked. From what I understand, it's a problem with Chrome, and there isn't much that staff here can do about it.

Just repeating what furtiveking said. I had Chrome and Chess.com e-mail would not work with it. When I contacted the staff, they said that is was a Chrome issue and that there was nothing they could do about it.
Why won't my google chrome browser support @chess.com email?
