Just started happening to me. Was a fix ever found per the comments above? Perhaps another thread?

At least you can login back guys. My chesscom on computer is worse. Well, I cannot tell because I cant access it. No idea what is it. Like no internet connection. support.chess.com works. However, now I can only access it through mobile. It works there?! Also on the app. It doesnt on facebook. It says it cannot find DNS server or sth like that. What s that?!

DNS server: dynamic naming server. It is required to find internet addresses. If you go on the internet and you want to go to chess.com, then will your computer perform a lookup of the internet address of chess.com on a DNS server. If it fails to do that, then can you not go to it.
You might still succeed to connect to chess.com with your mobile, because you are using probably another network/provider then with your computer.

On another note, has anyone else had to log in twice before chess.com recognizes your username/password?
Nearly everytime I attempt a log-in, after I hit Submit (or whatever that button says) it basically refreshes the page.

What os or device are you using? I have never experienced that problem and use firefox on debian or on the mac.
Loek: Emachines laptop using Chrome.
