Sorry, we have discontinued support for symbian. Nokia has abandoned the platform as well. We are focused on android and iphone, and perhaps windows7 as it matures.
We haven't supported the mobile app on Blackberry for some time now. It was withdrawn from AppWorld over a year ago.
We hope that solves the problem. If not, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help. Unfortunately, it may simply be that the app won't work on your model of mobile phone any longer.

@kohai, the link you have given is to the app that I'm already using. It says it is not supported anymore. It was fine till yesterday. I don't get why you can't let us keep using it. Please fix it or give us an alternate app.

Hello, I had been using the chess.com java app on my Nokia E5 till now. Today (5th June 2012), chess.com went offline for a while saying that the site is being updated, and after it returned, the mobile app started showing "This app is no longer supported. Please upgrade to..." (the rest of the message is not visible on the screen).
Please offer a solution. Thank you
