You may want to report this as a technical issue with the staff here at chess.com. A staff member will email, you back and hopefully clear up the problem. I assume this only happens with your iPhone.

This happened to me as well. Refreshing resolved it cleanly (you won't lose your game, don't worry).

I've had this problem since tge update before last. It's the only thing Discouraging me from Getting a paid membership. Can anyone help? It's their move, suddenly my timer starts running down, they haven't moved. I can speak to them in chat as usual but can't see the move they have made. My time runs down until I lose on time, because I can't move or see the move they've made. This happens all the time, regardless of time restraints and/or time of day. Im playing on an iPhone 3 with a 20 meg connection which works fine with other online gaming like xbox ect. Is this really only happening to me? Oh yeah I forgot to mention when the time runs out or I resign. Their move suddenly appears. It's pretty much the most frustrating experience in the world and makes me want snap pencils and/or commit other heinous crimes. Thankyou for reading.
