Chessnut account pairing

This guy on YouTube covers pairing your Chessnut account with Chess.com.

If you're doing everything correctly, then I'd suggest writing both to Chessnut and Chess.com support.

I'm facing this Chessnut app error too.

What's exactly the problem?

Same problem of MGRsir, the problem is that when you try to login chess.com account from the app chessnut you receive the error... the problem exists only if you have to "log in with google" instead a user e pass....

I found the solution, the problem exist because google block internal web brower ( the browser of the chessnut app ) to solve:

1- login from pc on your chess.com account using google

2-go to account settings

3- choose "password"

4-set a password and logout

from this moment you can login on chess.com with a user (gmail address) and the password you chosen. Now you can try also to login from chessnut app using user and password.

Wrong it's Google's problem I used to have this problem the thing is you can't fix this but there is only one way which you have to delete your account then make a new one or just leave it then you don't need your password 😉but the problem is that Google is not connected to chess.com and if it doesn't work then it's the server's problem you are not hacked your account is safe😃

why chessnut go can't connect to internet?

I have the same problem! I have a goodie login only, but everything, including connection to Chessnut requires password. Google login doesn’t work! Someone from the support, please contact me and help me change the login method from goodie login to username and password on chess.com!
