closed account

hello. i closed my main account by myself and regretted for doing that. can i somehow restore it or no?

You can contact Support using the option in the menu

obviously i tried and did not got answer ai only replied that you need to check message on your email if chess com closed your account (not my case)

i have same problem and i need solution. I closed my account and support dont give me option of retreving my old account back so here i am on forum trying to find solutions

Only staff can assist. You can get the support chat to open a ticket with staff by trying your question, including the account you would like to reopen. When it gives you the automated answer use something like "speak to an agent" and that should create a ticket.
