yeah I'm also facing this issue even though im a platinum subscriber every move i make is not explained if you found a solution please tell me how to fix it

I had this issue too, but you need a Diamond membership to get that.
With platinum, it only happens the first recites each day.

I want to understand you correctly. You're saying that the coach explains each move only for those who have bought a diamond membership or better? I'm genuinely surprised.
Hello. It's my second analysis in a row where I don't get any explaination from the coach for each move. No text or what this move does, just whether the move was a book move, mistake, etc.
I don't remember encountering this issue ever before. I'd really like to have a text explaination in each move - not just if I made mistakes. And to make things clear, this is always my first and only analysis in a day. I don't reopen analysis from other games.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, have you tried fixing it and how?
For reference, this is what I'm talking about. (Translation: "c4 is a book move" and under that is "Next")
