yeah I'm also facing this issue even though im a platinum subscriber every move i make is not explained if you found a solution please tell me how to fix it

I had this issue too, but you need a Diamond membership to get that.
With platinum, it only happens the first recites each day.

I want to understand you correctly. You're saying that the coach explains each move only for those who have bought a diamond membership or better? I'm genuinely surprised.
I'm getting the same problem. You're supposed to get one free game review with explanations per day(even when not subscribed), but as of late my daily reviews have been no different from what I'd get with the analysis tool.
Same!! It is very annoying because the explanations were very helpful!
What's even more interesting is that these explanations came back on 29.08. and were removed a day later!
I wish this feature came back, it was indeed very helpful.
