When you complete a puzzle and click on the icon to show comments it rightly shows you the comment section for that puzzle, but when you complete the next puzzle and you click on the icon it will show you the same section of the previous puzzle and that continues for all the following puzzles.
It's been reported a few times and I officially bug reported it and mentioned it directly to staff.
