Since good tournaments take place all around the world, their starting time can be misinterpreted if you don't know converting time zones one to another. Here are the most common ones:
GMT-8 = PST = Pacific Standard Time
GMT-6 = CST = Central Standard Time
GMT-5 = EST = Eastern Standard Time
GMT-1 = WAT = West Africa Time
GMT = Greenwich Mean Time
GMT+1 = CET = Central European Time
GMT+8 = CCT = China Coast Time
GMT+9 = JST = Japan Standard Time
For daylight times add +1 hour.
