yes! It is supper annoying. It seems to only do that whenever it knows that it has lost!
Hello. The same has just happened to me twice today. I would like to agree with you int.chess but it did it also when the computer was clearly winning. It also happened last time I played a few days ago, about 3 out of 5 games got stuck(that time I was winning). I waited 15 mins at least but no change.
On the game I just finished I am sure there were only two possibles moves out of check, there can't be that many permutations to cause delayed thinking.
