Concerning membership issues

Hi there, I wish get admin's answer. I prepare to have a one month try Diamond membership, question one is can I download the video lessons on my device and watch it offline? Question two is whether the pay is a subscription? I am not a native English speaker, I hope make my statement understood clearly enough, if I pay the membership for just one month, do u charge the fee automatically on the next month? The underlying point is I want decide on which particular period I pay for the membership rather than being charged automatically and only request can I cancel this automatic payment. Many thanks

  1. Video downloads are not something that is available. There may be a technical method to do it but nothing the site supports or probably would like people doing.
  2. Memberships are subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of the term, unless you cancel renewal.

hello there..

at 28/2/16, I agreed for a 10 days free trial in diamond membership.Today I discovered that I have paid for a year and I can't cancel it. I want to cancel it today,not in a year,what do I do? and it's not free.. this is a total fraud

well, I've already done that.. and the message I got was this:

Your Premium Membership is already set to end on 2/28/17. Please contact support if you have further questions.

and when I press contact support, I get this message:

Missing Page?!

Which version of the site are you on? 

 

Anyway, just open a ticket and choose Billing for the area. Account might work too but I think the other is right.
