Live chess or correspondence chess?
If live chess then you simply right click on the game
conditional move retractions...

I just lost a game in which I put in a conditional move wanted to retract it and the delete option wasn't showing up. (I even checked to see if they moved which they hadn't). Obviously my game is already messed up-but I thought it might be brought to the attention to see if there is some sort of bug
