I think I understand. You want to make more then 1 line of conditional moves in the same match. That is impossisible. You can only make 1 serie of conditional moves.
Conditional Move Variations

OK then!
It doesn't happen very often, but when it does its nice to be able to program all possible checkmates regardless of my opponent moves.

Yes, I want to make 2 lines that start with the same move sequence but differ at the end.
Premium members can submit multiple conditional move lines when it's the opponent's turn. Click on the New Line button to start a new conditional line.

It doesn't let you start a new line with the same moves as another line though, that's the problem.
If I have a line that has the same three initial moves, but may differ later on ( the king might have a choice of two squares after a forced sequence, but both those squares lead to a different forced mate) then you cannot create the second option.

Why can’t you enter the complete second line starting from the current game position?
Are you saying the moves you enter are not being accepted?

I was getting errors saying that a response had already been recorded for a move, or words to that effect.
Hi there,
Occasionally I have a forced set of moved for say the next 3 moves, and then my opponent will get a choice of 2/3 moved to play. Imagine a forced mate sequence where the last few moves are not 100% forced yet still lead to a different mate.
How can I enter these variations? If I plug in the first set of conditional moves and then try to create a new line to record a different set of moves based on the final variations I am not allowed to. I am told that a response is already recorded for the initial move.
Is there no way to make a 'branching' set of conditional mos in this way? I have to enter the initial forced few moves, wait until they are played out and then start entering new lines?
I think I've done a poor job of explaining this, does anyone understand what I mean?
