Unfortunately we all have the same issue. Hopefully it will be figured out within a few weeks though!

Yes, this is the worst problem i encounter playing live chess, its also happening to me so often...very, very frustrating. i am also using high speed internet. I believed this is a serious problem.

It has been several times a day for me, actually. Last night was the first time I played two games in a row and didn't lose connection. What is maddening, is that whenever that happens and we get back on, it's a clean board and I can't figure out how to continue the game. Whereever I click (I'm not computer savvy) I end up losing points! I don't have that many to begin with. Ha ha. I'm so glad to know it isn't something I'm doing or not doing. :)

I'm new here, and somewhat unfamiliar with this site, but I get messages during a live game: service interruptions, trying to reconnect. This happens at least three times each day lately. It seldom comes back on before time runs out, and even though it's the other person's time running out, I lose points. I have high-speed and I don't believe it's on my end. It's very frustrating. Can someone give me some insight? Much appreciated. Kiki-do
