connection loss

I’ve lost three games where my connection has disconnected. I am on high speed internet with cellular boost. The disconnection is happening at chess.com. I’m sitting watching my timer count down and then I lose for supposedly abandoning the game. Not fun. Not to mention the points loss.

I'm going to lichess. 2 of 10 games am I loosing in cause of disconnection
it's just shoddy. it happens all the time, and there is no way to contact support, or ask for a refund.
I'm getting pretty frustrated paying for a service that has so many issues.
Same here. The servers are terrible. Waste of time.
What is going on? How can this not be reported. My connection is fine on every other website but on chess.com i've lost 3 games in the past 2 days for disconnecting. It's only happened recently. It's disgusting
