Constant disconnects in blitz

Hello - I am constantly getting disconnected from my Blitz (3-0) games.  It will work fine for a couple of minutes or a game or two and then constantly loses and regains connection.  I've lost two hundred ratings points because I time out of 85% of my games now.  This is frustrating as hell.  I've followed all of the suggestions in the FAQ's and still the same.  I may have to quit Chess.com if I can't get this resolved.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Are you playing via an app or using the web version?

Playing via WiFi? Or a cable connection?

I'm using the web version over my home WiFi.

Hi Kelvin -  I'd have a 100% loss rate at bullet the way this is going.  It's Lichess for me for awhile.

yeah its tough. i win about 80% of my games in bullet but i lose half of those on time. I feel like the position should be taken into consideration at least some. I mean if the person is winning by a certain amount it should be a win

So if you have home wifi, what happens when you use a wired connection connected directly to the cable?

I haven't tried to plug directly into my router.  It's three rooms away, so not a viable option anyway.

I would be more likely to factor in issues with my equipment if other sites like Lichess didn't work fine.

I'd like to keep playing here but it's looking doubtful.

Hey Ben, I have had the same issues, always thought it was my end, I did as the site suggested too. That didn't help. So what I did under the Ctrl +Alt + Del and select task manager disable all the cloud crap that is sucking the life out of the computers that cant handle it. This may help.
