Constant "Matchmaking failed" notifications on my computer.

I just remembered in case support is actually reading this something which might be a clue at getting it resolved.... many times earlier today as soon as I started a game I would get a message popping up saying that a game couldn't be started because I was already playing. I just ignored it the several times it happened because the games had actually started fine and the warning message was bogus but it might be related somehow.

Yes, same thing happening, and trying to switch to practice I'm not allowed because the system thinks I'm playing a game. Bot play seems to work.
