Contact Support - Button does not work

I really want to contact support regarding a matter with a Chess.com endorsed event - Chess Party. I've been trying to contact them to get a refund for a long time nown due to C19 cancellations and so far, I've been totally ignored.

I wanted to contact support to ask if there was anything that could be done to assist and move this along (as I booked my ticket to this even because of advertising from Danny/Chess.com) and when I hit the contact page at - https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us

The actual "Contact Us" button does nothing. Nothing on mobile, nothing on Chrome on Windows 10, nothing on Edge on Windows 10. It's broken.

Can someone *please* contact me and let me know if chess.com can do anything on my behalf in regard to the large amount of cash ChessParty have made off with and won't give back.

Sorry, not being rude but are you chess.com support or am I detailing what trouble shooting steps I've taken to contact Chess Party to a random at this point? I'm asking if support can lean in to help with this process, if you can't do that please don't waste my time stating the obvious or asking for details you don't need.

This forum is mostly answered by other members or moderators. Regarding your issue with the contact button, if you have any plugins/add-ons that might be blocking scripts, that can interfere with it loading. I'm not seeing any issues getting that to load.

I'm sorry but that was really quite rude. 

At any rate, as Martin said, moderators are volunteers trying to help. I have been a member here for 14 years, so I think I know a few things about this site.

I searched the forum for other threads mentioning the ChessParty tournament. It surprised me that I didn't find any others from this year. (There were several from last year's cancellation.) I see that you also posted about the cancellation last year.  I hope you haven't been trying to get a refund since then.

I also searched the internet for info and found the Chessparty page with info on how to get a refund.

The original press release about the event last year also provided several contacts. I hope you get your refund.
