Contacting chess.com support

Hi!  The new way to contact chess.com customer service isn't working.  There is no way to message Chess.com support,  so I need post here.

I tried several times contacting Chess.com's customer service, and I didn't get any response.

How do I contact a real Chess.com customer service human rep (not AI)?

I need to know if anybody cheated in one of my chess.com tournaments....

Thanks in advance!

I played chess! Fought for the championship and became a champion! Went to the next round to become the champion among champions! On the last day I was leading by 100 points! I played all night. In the morning my competitor activated and almost caught up with me. I had 970 points and he had 968. I play 2 games and win, but my points did not increase, they even subtracted and it became 968. And my competitor during this time became 1000. He could not win 10 games in a row in such a short time. Moreover, I played at 1 minute + 1 second and he at 10 minutes!!!! I stopped playing, you can't deceive people! I will file a protest and ask you to sort out this situation and restore justice!

Rapid games give more league trophies.

I would really like Chess.com to look at this email.
I am here to report a chess.com member for cheating[removed]

[removed]

My chess.com member name is: ChessReaper_11

I played a game with [removed]

I was rated exactly (1900)
And he was rated (removed)
win +3 draw -5 loss -13
(This was in a tournament)
Ongoing in the game I found out that he was playing really good and I ended up being mated. He won the game.
I checked the game review and his accuracy was [removed] which was very suspicious to see and seeing how perfectly he was playing. I have a big doubt that he cheated because the rating difference was almost [a lot] and he won that easily. I want my rating points to be refunded and [removed] to be banned if he is an "actual" cheater and used a chess engine. I reported him for cheating but nothing so far has happened.

Sandbagging

I looked at [removed] on his profile and found out that he was sandbagging with another player named: [removed]

Chess.com is doing nothing to restore my Diamond membership, and so I'm unable to use the service. I've tried contacting the Help line, but when I can get a human, that person does nothing at all to resolve the issue. And now the Help center won't allow me to talk to anyone. I've been a loyal Diamond member for some years, and I shouldn't be treated like this. Can I get any kind of help at all?

Posting in a two year old thread is not a good way to contact Support.

From what I can see , you had direct help from Support two weeks ago. I will try to see if I can get their attention .
