CORRESPONDENCE CHESS BROKEN!

I have just under 7 days on the clock.  This needs to be fixed before then so I don't time out.

I only have 1 active game, so admins, it is easy to find.

There is a White pawn on f7 and it is NOT pinned to the king.  There is a Black Rook on e8.  If I try to play fxe8, it shows the 4 pieces I can promote to.  I select the Queen, and it doesn't make the move.  Instead, it puts the pawn back on f7 and the Rook back on e8.

I want to play fxe8=Q+, which is a perfectly legal move, and it won't let me!

What browser are you on? It if you're on the app, which one?

Using analysis mode (as a viewer) is working so it should also work when playing.

And this issue does not happen in analysis mode, or if it does, it might for that specific position.

I tried 1.g4 d5 2.g5 Kd7 3.g6 Qe8 4.gxf7 Kc6 5.fxe8=Q+ and that one stuck, but the game is still rejecting the move. I will have to find a time I am at the lap top to see if it is also messed up or not.

Now I wonder if the problem is on the chess.com side. Server lag?

I was able to play the move, but ONLY by doing fxe8, selecting hand holding the finger on the Queen for 2 seconds. I canceled the move to try again the normal way - broken. Tried holding it half a second to a second. No good. Only if you hold the finger on the Queen for at least a second and a half does it stick. Again, was not an issue in analysis mode, just correspondence.
