I suppose it might be possible, but I can't see Chess.com agreeing to it, because it seems to me that it would open up automated manipulation of one's rating on the site as well as introducing a major cybersecurity weakness.

Hey! I had a solid idea regarding a custom made chess interface that would entail same pretty neat animations and graphics. I wanted this program (or web app) to have a chess.com back-end through their api. However, I have read up on the API's and the endpoints seems to be read only. I was wondering if there was a way to record wins and losses and send it to chess.com as well? This way the interface would also allow the players to contribute to their ratings as if they were playing on chess.com itself. Please let me know if this would be possible and achievable! Thank you!
