There's currently a bug for members that have previously prestiged. Staff are working on it

Today I finished prestige 1. It brought me back to the wood league. Afterwards, I moved up a league with every puzzle I solved, and now it says I'm prestige 3 on my account. I continued playing and now the score bar is not filling up and it is stuck

What happened with me is after prestige I suddenly moved on 1 by 1 with each puzzle. First puzzle moved me to stone. Next to bronze, silver, crystal, elite, champion, legend and then prestige. Then I got to wood and never moved on. Also it didn’t give me any bonuses I should have on stone-legend

This has been fixed now for those impacted.
It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
