The Daily puzzle is added at midnight Pacific (Chess.com) local time. The tactics limit is set from 24 hours from the time you attempted the tactics problems, not at a set specific time of day.

What time of day does the new daily puzzle come out? Are the tactics trainer sessions set back to zero at that same time (and if not, when are they reset?)?
