Diamond Membership not applied

I bought the diamond subscription for months only from the chess app, and it didn’t get a applied to the account. It is just when I press the restore button it’s just brings me back to the homepage without the subscription. I even tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but nothing changed. When I checked app store, it still shows that I have the subscription, and it got the money from the bank too. I want this to get fixed as soon as possible, because I lost 3 days waiting for the membership to get applied.

You haven't lost any days.  Your subscription starts when Billing activates it and it's not an automatic process when you buy from an app store.  Usually a week or so; I know it sucks to have to wait, but they're very busy with Holiday giving and all the Beth Harmon inspired new members.

How do I know if I didn’t lose any days. I contacted them 8 days ago, and they didn’t reply to me about the problem. The next monthly subscription day is January 29, so what you’re saying is that they won’t get the money from subscribers? I think they would take it.Honestly this is the worst customer service I ever had in my 10 years of playing chess. After I get and use the 1 month of diamond membership I payed, I would never use this app again.

I have payed for my subscription and can not access any lessons (it asks me to subscribe again!)

With the holidays and increases in tickets, the billing staff are a little behind. They will get you handled and should be able to fix any issues with timing. It may take a little longer to resolve due to that.

If you're on the app have you logged out of it since you upgraded? If not, log out and back in.

Idk what to do I bought a membership and they haven’t applied it yet AGAIN i bought one on my old acc and never got it and never got my money back so I made a new acc thinking it was a bug but now it happened AGAIN !!!

They still haven’t applied my membership for the second time paying also if they don’t fix this I’m rating it one star and giving a bad review as well as delete the app and tell my friends to delete the app 🙄

I pressed the link you sent me and filled it out and linked a picture showing that I bought a diamond membership but I still haven’t go my membership and the time is running out

I suggest that calming down and waiting for a reply from support is your best option.

Without getting into it , it looks like there was a complication with your old account.
