Diamond Membership not applied

I bought the diamond subscription for months only from the chess app, and it didn’t get a applied to the account. It is just when I press the restore button it’s just brings me back to the homepage without the subscription. I even tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but nothing changed.

Okay so they took my membership off and this was only the 2nd day of me having it 🙄😒and I payed for 2 membership fix this please
