Diamond Membership Not Enabled

Okay so my problem is this:
on 04/01/2023, I paid for the Diamond Membership at a monthly rate of 17 USD (United State Dollar). I now find out that on today at 04/14/2023 that my subscription is not activated more. Why was my subscription cancelled without my knowledge and why was it not refunded if it was cancelled on Server Side and not Client Side. Should I have my Diamond Membership till 05/01/2023? There is no reason why I should have to pay twice for 30 days of a membership. I even have my Bank Statement Stating that it was taken out as proof. I did not Violate any terms of service,. I did not cancel it myself. I did use a Bank Card/Credit Card that was in date, and have the available funds on it. So what is the issue with my Subscription not being active for the entirety of what I paid?

But generally when something like that happens it's due to a payment issue of some sort.

There should be no payment issue when it already withdrawled from my account that had literally hundreds of dollars in it. I also did contact Support with no reply

You'll get a reply from support, but it may take a couple of days, depending on their ticket load. As to your bank situation, you should double check because if there was a payment issue, there shouldn't have been anything removed from the account.
