diamond plan is not working

I have purchased diamond plan yesterday via browser and I paid with crypto, the transaction was successful from coinbase and I received email that it was successful but my account is not upgraded to diamond its still the same and diamond is not unlocked for me?

It takes a little time for crypto payments to get credited to the account and the premium to apply.

  • After you have paid, please allow up to 48 hours for the membership to be added, while we process the payment on our end.

now its more than 48 hours and still my plan is not upgraded sad.png
