Diamond yearly membership

I am currently an annual diamond member and this will renew at the end of the month. However, I only seem to receive about half the benefits. No coaching etc. please could you rectify this. Hmm. You don't have a diamond membership that I can see.

Please don't post your email address, phone number, password, etc.

You can contact support@chess.com by email for help. They don't often read the forum and so anyone who calls you wouldn't be from Chess.com.
