Make sure you have the latest java installed, the latest version of chrome, and try deleting your temporary internet files, cookies etc. Hope this works.

I've done all that, and still same problems. It doesn't even matter what computer I use, same problem. Could it have something to do with the Great Firewall of China? Do other Chinese chess.com players have similar problems?

Hi,
I am writing because I have great difficulty loading the live chess, chess mentor and chess tactics software from this website. When loading live chess, it often gets stuck at the initial loading page. In fact, I haven't been able to load live chess for about a month. With the other two, it will either get stuck at the initial start up, when loading new boards or when making a move. Even at the best of times, I often have to sit and wait long amounts of time during loading.
According to speedtest.net, my internet download speed is ~2mbps, upload ~6mbps. I use google chrome and run vista. I live in China (I suspect this is part of the problem somehow because I used to have no problems in Canada). My computer is in good, clean shape. No problems with any other programs.
I love chess.com and enjoy all it has to offer but I feel like I am not getting what I want out of it. This bothers me particularly because I bought a year's subscription of the top membership.
