Disable Playing Certain Countries

How can I block all people from India, they always have bad internet connections and it's not fun to play people from India.

I can change my flag to anything that is available. That is not a good indicator of connection quality.

I know, what were those slapheads thinking aboot?  Last game I went to was a Celtic v Rangers New years day game, too much hatred for me and I vowed never to go back and that was in the eighties.

This would be a great feature.  We didn't fight a bunch of wars against England just so we could be forced to play chess against them.
