It's frustrating, but I don't think they do it intentionally. Most likely connectivity issues from their phone and not a computer. Either way proper etiquette is to prepare for the best service before seeking a game.
disconnect/reconnect?

Well, I just played someone who constantly did the disconnect/reconnect thing and I lost each time. The person was nice enough to rematch after two games and, at my request, did not disconnect/reconnect. I saw a difference in their play. They still won : ) , BUT I thought I saw a difference in their abilities. It was probably just me being the less capable player, but their connection bars were maxed, just like mine. I have always wondered if some people are using it to some advantage or it is just a thing they can't control. I hope I am wrong, but I don't trust anyone on the www to be honest and ethical if they can use some technique to their advantage.
No real answer to my question. I love playing on this site and a delight and privilege to be a part of the experience.. I will continue enjoying it and watching this disconnect/reconnect thing to see if there is a pattern or not. I certainly do not want to accuse someone of "cheating" without proof,

It’s usually because of slow internet.
Thanks for the responses. I assume it is a connection issue, but when I see they have 4 bars like I do, the connection is not the issue. Heck, I don't even know how to disconnect/reconnect : ) My ignorance I guess. Again, I don't ever want to call someone a cheater, especially when I have NO proof. It's all good. I come here to have the enjoyment of playing and forgetting the worries of the day. It is so cool to play people from all over the globe and experiencing their different styles and skills..
