No. The two player's client don't connect to each other, they only communicate with the Live server process and that process sends the move, updated times and chat messages. Your IP isn't available to your opponent.

I have had this problem to. On many occasions when the game is drawing to a close and I'm on the verge of winning!!

I beat someone who threatened to hack me in revenge. He said he had my I.P. address and had taken control of my router, so I played along and complained about the virus he put on my computer. But there is no way anyone can do that, unless you are playing someone connected to a state intelligence agency, in which case, yes your I.P. address and all your info is probably available to them no matter what you do or where you go.
