This is my current screen. There are gaps on either side of chess.com and I do not know how to remove them. Anybody can help?

Check your browser zoom level. The menus appears to be missing too, so clearing your browser cache might be in order as well.

But there is no problems with any other site and I did a restart does not change anything

Restart does not normally clear the cache.
