Does Chess.com care about it's members?

I had a bad experience because of a piece movement malfunction.  I sent a support request to CHESS.COM.  NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, NO RESPONSE.   Does Chess.com care about it's members or are they just like every other money greedy business?  HERE'S THE COMPLAINT.  LET'S SEE IF CHESS.COM  HELPS.  I'LL POST A FOLLOW UP TO ANY INTERESTED MEMBERS.

hello - after several moves, i was going in for checkmate and the system placed my queen one space short of intended space.  i pressed the X button to reset and move again.  it moved my queen to wrong space.  the result will be a loss for me.  i sent a request through the android app.  NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, NO RESPONSE.

WORSE YET, the opponent, calvinclaudio, despite an IMMEDIATE chat message, continued the game (I REALIZE YOU CAN'T CHANGE POOR ETIQUETTE AND SPORTSMANSHIP - BUT WE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT, DIDN'T WE?).

If you don't respond and reverse the last two moves, I probably won't use CHESS ever again and I'LL PROBABLY SPEND ALL OF MY EXTRA TIME ON YOUR FORUMS LOBBYING FOR CHESS.COM MEMBERS TO CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP.

FAIR IS FAIR.  PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING.  IMMEDIATELY.

Thank You.

So of course this post is in addition to you filing a ticket with the Games Department using the Contact link on every Help & Support page, right?  Or do you think staff has time to read all the forums?   Here's the link:

There was no mouse my compatriot.  It was on an Android.  And....if you read clearly, you would understand.  I clicked the X, rather than the check mark, in order to correct.

None of this matters.  Because I'm happy to report, Chess.com support DID do the right thing.  They backed up the moves and allowed me to proceed as intended.

Uhh, he didn't say anything about a mouse slip.  That was in your other whiny thread that got closed.

By the way, it's "its," not "it's."

Unfortunately, I'm not an expert with computers, so I can't help you with that. I do, however, have a better idea that doesn't involve any technical difficulties. Go to this wikipedia page, and you'll find all 26 letters of the English alphabet in lowercase and uppercase:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_alphabet

So when you want to type in lowercase letters, simply copy-paste the letters from the page.

Problem solved!

Well, you were able to enter it just now, weren't you? Not sure how you did it, but however you're doing it works.
