Sorry about your game...this has happened to me a few times...and it blows. But you know what? Eh...there's no silver lining. You just have to let it go. I think they're trying to improve the operation of live chess.

Im playing an opponnent that i know i will beat, a rain storm hits my location i start losing connection. Then the server resets for chess.com even though i still had 8 minutes to come back into the game, it says i lost. There was no way i lost that game nor would have. You can look at the board. Why does this game make unecessary losses when you shouldnt?
