Downgrade issue on chess.com

I bought the diamond membership three days ago and soon realized I wanted to switch back to my platinum plan next month. I bought another Platinium plan today, and it charged me $12 and switched my account back to platinum TODAY. This is not what I am expecting, so is there a way I can get my money back? This is very frustrating.
