Were these live or standard games? and how many games were you trying to download at the same time?

Hi, I just standardly downloaded live games to my e-mail. From 3 games to 10. The attachments do not contain any games.
I'm experiencing the same problems as Dolochov. All live game downloads.

I downloaded 4 games, opened pgn with txt edit and the pgn does show. The only issue i can see on mine is the very top line is showing random characters which i have already reported to one of our programmers.
Is it just using chessbase it shows an issue? are you able to view the pgn's opening them with a text edit (notepad/wordpad for windows users on here)

Also the .txt file in the editor doesn't contain any games, only about 6 random characters. I tried 2 Email-Acounts, and 3 Browsers: Chrome, IE9, and Safari. All that on a Windows Vista PC.

Hi, until about 3-4 days ago I could download my pgn files and watch the games of chess.com in chessbase without any problem. Now I just get files without any games. I tried to change email acount and downloaded other browsers, cause I suspected a coherence with downloading and installing IE9. Unfortunatly nothing seems to work and I am really confused, cause I didnt find that topic all over the web.
