Draw for insufficient material with a two Queens advantage!

If a player runs out of time and his opponent has insufficient material for mate, then the game is drawn. So perhaps your clock ran down.

I think , chess.com has to control "
Draw for insufficient material"
rules as soon as possible . because it is wrong rule I think !

Not the case.
What leads you to say that?
His not knowing of the rules.

On the 69th move Black had whites King in a stranglehold and needed only to zugzwang to corner the king for an easy mate. Instead black chose to abandon his bishop and promote a pawn?? Thus allowing whites King an escape
True...mate in 3 moves I believe, had he done Qe4+ instead of Qg3+

I guess I cannot persuade anybody that I still had time but I did. Now it is true that something flaky happening with the clock is a better bet than a bug. (As far as improving my play is concerned, I can't believe anybody would seriously look at improving my play in a bullet game... Thanks for the effort!)

if it is the RULE it must be DRAW as soon as possible that the system checks the game is draw because of unsufficient material not wait time to pass on...
I guess people aren't taught the rules properly.
I suppose most people won't find out this rule until and/or unless they come across it in one of their own games - and then for the umptieth time we shall see a plaintive post about it on these forums.

Sorry to say there is no such rule as yours, anywhere in the world... Turkey included.
Hey pfren! He took it as both players only had a king.
