UriHaruvi, your opponent is probably asking for your consent first - you cannot accept draw from a message. Tell your opponent to offer draw directly from the game page - then you can get the info "your opponent has offered draw" and the "accept" "reject" buttons.

I too am having this issue. i offered my opponent a draw and he declinced. and then a couple moves later he asked me for a draw and i couldn't find the button to accept.
