You can make your move in the game and your draw offer will still be open to the opponent until they either decline the draw offer or make their next move which would act as declining the draw offer.

I've offered a draw and my clock is still ticking down.
Is this normal or will I find I suddenly lose when the remaining eight hours have elapsed?
