Game drawn, insufficient material although he lost his time.

Even if I win on time I don't get a win if in the end my best possible score is 1/2?

Thanks for answering.

I'm still not sure why I'm playing bullet anyway, since I suck at it so badly. ^^

hey cnacnel( awe rooperi, it's Passionate Fighter's brother, I hope u'l like me)... Cnacnel it's a chess 7.2 rule! ... I played in a OTB chess tournament SAJCC (South African Junior Chess Championships 2012) and I was winning - I had 2 pawns and a Rook and my opponent only had a king, It was going to take me atleast 15 secs. to mate him with a queen and rook, but I had a Rook and my 1 pawn had to be advanced 3 times for me to crown to be able to get a queen, but I only had 7 seconds left so "I resigned!"... 1 Arbiter told me that it was the stupidest thing i'v ever done because it was going to be a draw if my time was finished because my opponent had no mating material :( (I WAS SO IRRITATED!!! I NEVER KNEW THIS FLIPPEN RULES, WHY DID'NT THAT ARBITER TELL ME THAT IF MY TIME IS FINISHED IT WILL BE A DRAW?! I ONLY STARTED CHESS LAST YEAR! :( it just happerned a week ago and i'm stil a little bit heart brokern :(

surprisingly i'm a 1700+ rated chess player and i'v only started chess last year! :) ..... Cool! U cn say that more practise makes perfect!

Haha, always fight till the end, that's my rule. You shouldn't have given up! :)

Practice makes perfect but I feel like bullet just makes me a worse player in anything other than small tactical nuances. I shouldn't be playing it although after watching Jerry from Chessnetwork play I always find myself ready for some bullet action and then.. I do something very stupid and forget about basic stuff, which never happens to me in games with time control of at least 10|0.
