There is no automatic draw, except when time runs out and there is insufficient mating material.
For a threefold repetition, you have to claim it by clicking the draw button. Your opponent does not have to agree.

As far as I know, repeating same move three times by both the players is draw.But in live chess, I found that it required several times repetition of moves before a message of draw is displayed. Will you please clarify ?
