I see where I can offer a draw, but is there a button where I can demand a draw (for example, for repeated board position)?

Same button. If the draw claim is valid, it will be awarded.

When there is repetition, the button that usually says "offer draw" will say "claim draw."

Does it do that in Live Chess? I don't recall seeing that in a draw I had.
