Earning Awards

So I have the goal to earn the awards so some of them give a description but not a descriptive one. So I have come to the Chess.com Forums for help from all of you fellow Chess players! Now my first question how do I complete “Do 10 Drills” I know where the drills are but when I do the whole Chess puzzle it doesn’t give me the award, is there a video? Because I wasn’t watching them if there are.
