You're only allowed to change your username 90 days after a previous change.
You would need to wait until then or contact support through the tool in the menu, though I'm not sure if they'll do it.

Name bro not username and it appears that only the app have this issue

Which app and app version? I was able to modify on Android without issues
Try changing the name in the web version...
